ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS AND METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS OF QUEZON CITY

SUBJECT:

MEETING ON OCTOBER 3, 2007 AT THE BULAWAGAN HALL, QUEZON CITY

The RTC/MeTC judges of Quezon City will hold a joint meeting with the SC Accredited Mediators assigned at the Philippine Mediation Center- Quezon City Unit on October 3, 2007 at the Bulwagan Hall, Quezon City Compound from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said meeting.
