AN ACT TO CHANGE THE NAMES OF BUENAVISTA STREET AND BUENAVISTA EXTENSION IN ZAMBOANGA CITY TO GOVERNOR ALVAREZ AVENUE, IN HONOR OF THE LATE GOVERNOR AGUSTIN L. ALVAREZ.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. In recognition of the eminent and patriotic services rendered by the late Agustin L. Alvarez, the names of Buenavista Street and Buenavista Extension in Zamboanga City are hereby changed to "Governor Alvarez Avenue."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
