SUBJECT : UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAW OF MR. ROMEO Q. DOROTAN

For your information and guidance , the Honorable Court. Second Division, issued the Resolution dated 23 January 2017 in UDK-15587 (Romeo Q. Dorotan, Attorney de Oficio for Destitute vs. Ammie E. Veloso, Senior Branch Manager, DBP, et al and Office of the Deputy Ombudsman), the pertinent portion of which reads:

The Court further resolves to PROHIBIT petitioner Romeo Q. Dorotan from filing further pleadings before this Court, and to order him to CEASE and DESIST from misrepresenting himself as a member of the Philippine Bar.

Accordingly, you are hereby directed to report to the Office of the Court Administrator, through the Court Management Office, any further appearance of Mr. Romeo Q. Dorotan before your respective jurisdictions.
