No. 11231 or the Agricultural Free Patent Reform Act Please be advised that the Land Registration Authority (LRA) issued a Memorandum to the Registry of Deeds, Acting Registrars of Deeds, Officer-ln-Charge-Registrars of Deeds and all concerned on the Republic Act (R.A.) No. 11231, otherwise known as the "Agricultural Free Patent Reform Act of 2OI9". R.A. No. LI23L was signed into law on 22 February 20L9. lt effectively removes the restrictions imposed on the registration, acquisition, encumbrance, alienation, transfer and conveyances of land covered by agriculturalfree patents.
