Per Records Verification dated September 5 , 2019, plaintiff failed to take any action on the said observations nor submit an Amended Information. With the discrepancy in the name of the accused president between the Information filed and the Prosecutor's Resolution, the Information is deemed insufficient under Rule 110, Section 6 , which requires that the name of the accused be stated.
