CONCERNED NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT:

14TH PACE NATIONAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR ON APRIL 6 TO 8, 2010 AT THE ATRIUM, LIMKETKAI, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY

The officers and members of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) will hold its 14th National Convention/Seminar on April 6 to 8, 2010 at the Atrium, Limketkai, Cagayan de Oro City.

In connection therewith, the following officers are hereby authorized to be in Cagayan de Oro City from January 13 to 15, 2010 in preparation of the said event, to wit:

The attendance of the above-named officers shall be on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the activity.
