AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT and BRANCH CLERKS IN THE CITIES OF BOGO AND DANAO, CEBU IN THE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OF MEDIATION TRAINEES on COURT-ANNEXED MEDIATION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) through the Philippine Mediation Center Office (PMCO) will conduct an Internship Program (Bogo City and Danao City Mediation Program), to be held on December 5, 2016-February 27, 2017 at the Trial Courts of Bogo City and Danao City.

The following Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the Province of Cebu are required to prepare inventory of mediatable cases and refer them to the PMC Unit in Bogo City and Danao City starting December 5, 2016 and thenceforth.
