AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES OF NCJR AT THE ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION ON ISSUES AND CONCERNS RELATING TO INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND ENFORCEMENT
