SUBJECT:

QUARTERLY MEETING ON DECEMBER 4, 2008

The Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (METCJAP) will be holding a quarterly meeting on December 4, 2008 , 4:00 pm at Old Swiss inn, Paco Park , Manila .

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive/Presiding Judge and there shali be no disruption of the court calendar.

Judge Rosalyn D. Mislos-Loja , Secretary General of the association is directed to submit a report on the meeting to this Office, within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
