TO : ALL THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

SUBJECT: SEMINAR ON THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE (A.M. NO. 12-8-8-SC) AND THE PROPOSED REVISION OF THE RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE ON JULY 11, 2013 AT THE BALAGTAS HALL, HIYAS NG BULACAN CONVENTION CENTER, MALOLOS, BULACAN

The Working Vice Chairman of the Chief Justice Committee to Address Case Congestions and Delays in the Lower Courts will hold a seminar on the Judicial Affidavit Rule (A.M. No. 12-8-8-SC) and the Proposed Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure on July 11, 2013, 1:00 P.M., at the Balagtas Hall, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Malolos, Bulacan.

All the first and second level court judges in the province of Bulacan are hereby authorized to attend the seminar, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Atty. Al Conrad B. Espaldon, the Committee Secretary, shall submit a complete list of all the judges who attended the seminar to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
