TO : NEWLY-ELECTED OFFICERS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT : OATH-TAKING OF NEWLY-ELECTED FLECCAP OFFICERS ON 9 MARCH 2017 AND BOARD MEETING ON 10 MARCH 2017

The Officers of the First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (FLECCAP) will take their oath as newly-elected Officers of the Association on 9 March 2017 and will hold a Board Meeting on 10 March 2017 at the Supreme Court of the Philippines, Manila.

In connection therewith, the following newly-elected officers are hereby authorized to attend the oath-taking and board meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.

This Circular amends OCA Circular No. 288-2016 dated 29 December 2016.
