REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 78-99 issued October 13, 1999 prescribes the policies, guidelines and procedures for the implementation of the "Go-Current" Policy for 1999 under the Integrated Tax System (ITS). The "Go-Current" policy will cover all types of returns/payment forms received in 1999. The said documents will be given priority in processing. All other documents not covered by the go-current scope, except for refund processing which shall maintain the status quo, will be processed when there is no more backlog for 1999.
