TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT:

MEETING ON OCTOBER 17, 2008 AT THE OLD SWISS INN, PACO PARK, MANILA

The Officers and Members of the Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippine (MeTCJAP) will hold an urgent meeting on October 17, 2008 at the Old Swiss Inn, Paco Park, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Rosaiyn D. Mislos-Loja, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
