AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF THE JUSTICES OF THE SELECTED DIVISIONS OF THE COURT OF APPEALS - MANILA, CEBU CITY, AND CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY; THE JUSTICES OF THE SANDIGANBAYAN; ALL EXECUTIVE AND VICE EXECUTIVE JUDGES AND COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION, AND THE PROVINCES OF CEBU, MISAMIS ORIENTAL AND OCCIDENTAL; AT THE SEMINAR ON THE RULE ON CIVIL FORFEITURE, ASSET PRESERVATION AND FREEZING OF MONETARY INSTRUMENT, PROPERTY, OR PROCEEDS REPRESENTING, INVOLVING,OR RELATING TO AN UNLAWFUL OFFENSE UNDER R.A. NO. 9160, AS AMENDED

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in partnership with the Rule of Law Effectiveness (ROLE) and the American Bar Association - Asia Law Initiative (ABA- Asia) will conduct a Seminar on the Rule on Civil Forfeiture, Asset Preservation and Freezing of Monetary Instrument, Property, or Proceeds Representing, Involving, or Relating to an Unlawful Activity or Money Laundering Offense under R.A. No, 9160, as Amended, to be held at the Discovery Suites, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City and, simultaneously via webcasting, in the Court of Appeals Library, Cebu City and Dynasty Court Hotel, Cagayan De Oro City on February 8, 2006 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The following justices and judges are required to attend and participate in said seminar:
