AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECTED REGIONAL TRIAL COURT JUDGES OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (NCJR) IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON THE SPECIAL RULES OF COURT ON ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will conduct a Seminar-Workshop on the Special Rules of Court on Alternative Dispute Resolution from November 22 to 24, 2010 at the College of Saint Benilde Hotel, Arellano Ave. cor. Estrada St., Malate, Manila.

Attendance at this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
