ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC. VISAYAS CHAPTER

SUBJECT:

2ND VISAYAS CONGRESS ON FEBRUARY 26, 2010 IN BACOLOD CITY

The officers and members of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc., Visayas Chapter will celebrate its second Visayas Congress (VISCONG) on February 26, 2010 in Bacolod City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available and, provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Enrilynn G. Valenzuela, Secretary General of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the event.
