AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OE SELECTED JUDGES OF THE SIXTH, SEVENTH, AND EIGHTH JUDICIAL REGION AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP FOR COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 57-2012, HON. FERNANDO G. FUENTES III, Regional Trial Court, Branch 49, Tagbilaran City, is hereby authorized to attend the "Seminar-Workshop for Commercial Court Judges in the Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Judicial Region" on July 25-26, 2012 at Montebello Villa Hotel, Cebu City.

Attendance in the seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS. The participating judge should see to it that his court calendar is properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
