AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURT JUDGES OF REGIONS TEN, ELEVEN AND TWELVE ON "INCREASING JUDICIAL EFFICIENCY: SEMINAR-WORKSHOP FOR JUDGES ON THE EFFECTIVE USE OF THE BENCHBOOK TRIAL COURTS (REVISED AND EXPANDED)"

In addition to the participants listed in Administrative Circular No. 62-2011, and addendum Administrative Circular No. 62-A-2011, Hon. Crislyn P. Batar, Acting Judge, MTC, Alubijid, Misamis Oriental, vice Hon. Rainelda H. Estacio-Montesa, and Hon. Maria Teresa R. Pangilinan-Lingating, Presiding Judge, 6th MCTC, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur are hereby authorized to attend the "Increasing Judicial Efficiency: Seminar-Workshop for Judges on the Effective Use of the Benchbook for Philippine Trial Courts (Revised and Expanded) for Regions 10, 11 and 12," which will be held on October 17, 2011, at the Marco Polo Hotel, Davao City.

Attendance in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and ON OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
