ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATON OF THE PHILIPPINES (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT:

8th NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 13 TO 15 APRIL 2011 AT THE BROKENSHIRE CONVENTION CENTER, DAVAO CITY

The officers and members of the Process Servers Association of the Philippines (PROSAPHIL) will hold their 8th National Convention on 13 to 15 April 2011 at the Brokenshire Convention Center, Brokenshire Heights, Madapo, Davao City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention and election of officers on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Severino M. Baesa, National President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the convention within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
