AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION AT THE 13th REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAJREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM - BATCH 2 [QUEZON CITY, PASIG CITY, MANDALUYONG CITY, CALOOCAN CITY, MARIKINA CITY, NAVOTAS, TAGUIG, PATEROS AND MALABON]

To achieve a more effective delivery of public service and to promote career growth, all Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court of the first and second level courts in the National Capital Judicial Region -Batch 2 (Quezon City, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, Caloocan City, Marikina City, Navotas, Taguig, Pateros and Malabon) are enjoined to attend and participate in the 13th Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 4) to be held from July 4 to 6, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel (Old), Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA).

Sessions for the judges will be from July 4 to 6, 2006. Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court shall attend the sessions on July 5 and 6, 2006.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Seminar, and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.

Attendance at the Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. This is a live-out seminar and travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.

Any communication relating to the seminar shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Ameurfina M. Herrera, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, Padre Faura Street, Manila.
