RE:

IBP REGIONAL CONVENTION ON 12 TO 14 SEPTEMBER 2002 AT THE SABIN RESORT HOTEL, ORMOC CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Eastern Visayas Region will hold a Regional Convention on 12 to 14 September 2002 at the Sabin, Resort Hotel, Ormoc City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A report on the attendance shall be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.
