ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISION OF COURTS

ALL MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE)

SUBJECT:

ATTENDANCE AT THE NINTH ANNUAL CONVENTION AND NATIONAL ELECTION OF OFFICERS OF THE PACE, IN TAGBILARAN CITY, BOHOL, ON APRIL 24 TO 25, 1997

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE), Bohol Chapter, will host the Ninth Annual Convention and National Election of Officers of the PACE in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, on April 24 to 25, 1997.

Members of the PACE are hereby authorized to attend the said affair with prior permission of their Executive Judge and/or Presiding Judge. Attendance thereat is on OFFICIAL TIME .

A report on the attendance of the employees concerned should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the convention by the authorized officer.
