TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE WOMEN JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PWJA)

SUBJECT: CONVENTION-SEMINAR ON MARCH 7-8, 2008 AT MANILA HOTEL

The officers and members of the Philippine Women Judges Association (PWJA) will hold a convention with the theme " Lady Magistrates: Within and Beyond the Halls of Justice" on March 7-8, 2008 at the Manila Hotel.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention/seminar on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

A report on the attendance shall be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the convention/seminar.
