ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES

SUBJECT:

BOARD MEETING ON MAY 16, 2008 AND SEPTEMBER 26, 2008

The national officers and members of the Board of Trustees of the Regional Trial Court Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines (RTC- COCAP) will hold their Board Meeting on May 16, 2008 and September 26, 2008 at 9:00 o'clock in the morning at the OCA Conference Room.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/ Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Remiebei U. Mondia, National President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
