TO : ALL COURT EMPLOYEES IN THE CITIES AND PROVINCE OF CEBU
SUBJECT : AWARDING CEREMONY FOR OUTSTANDING COURT EMPLOYEES ON 23 SEPTEMBER 2015 AT THE BAYFRONT HOTEL, CEBU CITY
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Eastern Visayas Region through IBP Cebu City Chapter will hold an awarding ceremony for Outstanding Court Employees on 23 September 2015 at the Bayfront Hotel, Cebu City.
All court employees are hereby authorized to attend the same, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge, there shall be no disruption of the court calendar and a skeletal force shall remain in the court to attend to.official business or transactions.
Atty. Mae Elaine T. Bathan, Governor - Eastern Visayas (IBP), shall submit a report on the activity with complete list of court employees who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
