TO: ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PROCESS SERVERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (PROSAPHIL)

SUBJECT: 5th NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON 16,17,18 APRIL 2003 AT BAGUIO CITY

The Process Servers Association of the Philippines (PROSAPHIL) will hold its 5th National Convention and Seminar on 16, 17 and 18 April 2003 at Teachers Camp, Baguio City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive Judges / Presiding Judges.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the event.
