TO : ALL JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT IN THE PROVINCE OF CEBU AND CEBU CITY
SUBJECT : TWO-DAY SEMINAR ON MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (MCLE) ON NOVEMBER 15 -16, 2001 AT CEBU CITY
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Cebu and Cebu City Chapter in coordination with the U.P Law Center will hold a two-day seminar on various legal subjects in line with the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Program on November 15 - 16, 2001 at'the Cebu Grand Hotel, Cebu City.
All Judges and Clerks of Court in the Province of Cebu and Cebu City are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.
A report on attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
