The employees concerned are. urged to attend this workshop-seminar. Attendance thereat is on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to "local funds if authorized and available,

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days-from date of the workshop- seminar.
