SUBJECT:

ANNUAL CONVENTION AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON 12-14 OCTOBER 2011 AT THE RENAISSANCE HOTEL (NEW WORLD), PASAY ROAD, MAKATI CITY

The Officers and Members of the-Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its Annual Convention and Election of Officers from 12 to 14 October 2011 at the Renaissance Hotel (New World), Pasay Road, Makati City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the convention/election of officers on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

The authority shall be for three (3) days only including travel time.

Judge Eugene C. Paras, Secretary-General of the Association is hereby directed to submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the convention/election of officers within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
