RE: ADDITIONAL LIST OF AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL TO ATTEND THE PERSONAL SECURITY TRAINING FOR JUDGES IN ADDITION TO THOSE DESIGNATED IN ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR No. 59-2010
