TO : THE CONCERNED COURT SOCIAL WORKERS FROM THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION

SUBJECT : REGIONAL CONGRESS ON FOSTER CARE AND ADOPTION ON 6 NOVEMBER 2014 AT THE RAMADA HOTEL, MANILA

The Department of Social Welfare and Development, National Capital Region, will hold the Regional Congress on Foster Care and Adoption on 6 November 2014, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Ramada Hotel, Quintin Paredes, Binondo, Manila.

In connection therewith, the following court social workers from the National Capital Judicial Region are hereby authorized to attend the regional congress, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and that there shall be no disruption of the court calendar:
