TO : THE CONCERNED NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COLJRT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT : CONSULTATIVE MEETINGS ON 7 AND 8 FEBRUARY 2018 AT THE BACOLOD CITY HALL OF JUSTICE

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will conduct consultativemeetings on 7 and 8 February 2018 at the Bacolod City Hall of Justice.

In connection therewith, the following CLERAP national officers and the concerned members of the CLERAP Working Committee/Host in Bacolod City are hereby authorized to attend the consultative meetings on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and measures taken to ensure no disruption of the court calendar:

Ms. Maritoni M. Nieva, CLERAP National President, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the meetings with the complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
