For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution of the Supreme Court En Banc dated 08 December 2015 in Administrative Case No. 7474 entitled "Judge Jose L. Madrid vs. Atty. Juan S. Dealca," to wit:

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Bar Confidant, to LIFT the order of suspension from the practice of law for one year imposed on respondent Atty. Juan S. Dealca, as mandated in the Decision dated September 9, 2014, and ALLOW Atty. Dealca to resume his privilege to engage in the practice of law.
