AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED FAMILY COURT JUDGES AT THE 7TH INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT (ISPCAN) ASIAN REGIONAL CONFERENCE
