AN ACT PROVIDING FOR TWO ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, BY FURTHER AMENDING SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to assistant provincial fiscals, is further amended so that the Province of Southern Leyte shall have two assistant provincial fiscals.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
