COMMITTEE ON ALTERNATIVE LABOR MARKET INTERVENTION (CALMI) CREATION OF THE DEPARTMENT'S
Workers (DMW), the Committee on AIternative Labor Market Intervention (CALMI) was recruitment progress, from the initial application stage to successful redeployment. geopolitical and war-like crises. Licensed Manning Agencies (LMAs) with valid accreditation certificates to participate in these recruitment activities by maintaining and updating their CALMI Module integrated within the DMW Agency Portal with URL Link: https://agenicyportal.dmw.gov.ph, to accurately track redeployment the Department encourages all Licensed Recruitment Agencies (LRAs) with active job orders and success and timely assistance to the repatriated migrant workers. Recognizing the vital role of the private sector in providing these employment interventions
facilitates two (2) distinct job-matching pathways: To maximize the employment opportunities for a repatriate-applicant, the CALMI Module
Pathway 1: Automatic Job Matching -- The system module automatically identifies and matches occupations based on the declared professional profile, such as preferred position, latest work position, and other relevant work experience of the repatriate-applicant, linking them directly to compatible accredited active job orders.
Manning Agencies (LMAs) may proactively browse the system module to manually select repatriate Pathway 2: Manual Job Matching -- Licensed Private Recruitment Agencies (PRAs) and
applicants whose qualifications fit the requirements of their accredited job orders.
