REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8141 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE EASTERN SAMAR NATIONAL COMPREHENSIVE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BORONGAN, EASTERN SAMAR, TO EASTERN SAMAR NATIONAL POLYTECHNIC SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The name of the Eastern Samar National Comprehensive High School in the Municipality of Borongan, Eastern Samar, is hereby changed to Eastern Samar National Polytechnic School.
SEC. 2. The Eastern Samar National Polytechnic School shall be under the supervision of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
