REPUBLIC ACT NO. 922 - AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION THREE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIVE HUNDRED AND FORTY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section three of Republic Act Numbered Five hundred and forty is hereby amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 3. The control and administration of these land grants are hereby vested permanently in the Executive Board of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines. The Board may develop, lease all or any portion of these lands subject to the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended, and the existing regulations of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
