REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4699 - AN ACT IMPLEMENTING THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FORTY-SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN, CREATING A PROSECUTION DIVISION IN THE ANTI-DUMMY BOARD.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. To carry out the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Four thousand six hundred and thirty-seven, the amount of one hundred twenty-three thousand six hundred pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six-nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, said sum as provided for in this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
