TO : THE OFFICERS AND THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF COURT AND EX- OFFICIO SHERIFFS (ACCES) STATIONED IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION
SUBJECT : MEETING ON RECORDS DISPOSAL ON 28 AUGUST 2015 IN MAKATI CITY
A meeting will be conducted on Records Disposal on 28 August 2015, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., in Makati City.
In connection therewith, the officers and the members of the Association of Clerks of Court and Ex-Officio Sheriffs (ACCES) stationed in the National Capital Judicial Region are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME.
Atty. Jennifer H. Dela Cruz-Buendia shall submit a report on the meeting with complete list of all clerks of court who attended it to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
