TO: BOARD OF OFFICERS OF THE SHERIFFS CONFEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (SCOPHIL)

SUBJECT:

GENERAL MEETING ON JUNE 28, 29 & 30, 2005 AND OATH TAKING OF NEW SET OF OFFICERS ON JULY 1, 2005 AT THE SESSION HALL OF THE SUPREME COURT.

The newly elected Board of Officers of the Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines (SCOPHIL) will hold its general meeting on June 28, 29 & 30, 2005 at Manila and oath taking on July 1, 2005 at the Session Hall, Supreme Court.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Lucas E. Eje, Secretary General Designate, SCOPHIL shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the event.
