AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF COURT ATTORNEYS AT THE INCREASING JUDICIAL EFFICIENCY: SEMINAR-WORKSHOP FOR COURT OF APPEALS ATTORNEYS ON THE EFFECTIVE USE OF THE BENCHBOOK FOR PHILIPPINE TRIAL COURTS (REVISED AND EXPANDED)
