ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES

SUBJECT:

CONVENTION-SEMINAR ON 23 TO 25 JULY 2003 AT THE MANDAUE CITY CULTURAL AND SPORTS COMPLEX, MANDAUE CITY

Due to unavoidable circumstances, the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Convention-Seminar which was re-scheduled to 20 to 22 March 2003 at the Davao Convention and Trade Center, Davao City, is now re-scheduled to July 23, 24 and 25, 2003 at the Mandaue City Cultural and Sports Complex, Mandaue City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive Judges/Presiding Judges.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the said event.
