TO : THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (MeTCJAP)

SUBJECT : 4 th QUARTERLY BOARD MEETING AND CHRISTMAS PARTY ON 23 NOVEMBER 2016 AT THE QUEZON CITY SPORTS PLAZA, QUEZON CITY

The Officers and Board of Trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines, Inc. (MeTCJAP) will hold their 4 th Quarterly Board Meeting and Christmas Party on 23 November 2016 at the Quezon City Sports Plaza, Quezon City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting and Christmas party on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Belen G. Salespara-Carasig, Secretary General, MeTCJAP, shall submit a report on the meeting and Christmas party, with a complete list of all the court personnel who attended it, to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
