TO : THE CONCERNED COURT PERSONNEL FROM THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND THE METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT OF QUEZON CITY

SUBJECT : 11th GENERAL ASSEMBLY ON 31 MARCH 2016

The Philippine Court Employees and Retirees Multi-Purpose Cooperative (PCER-MPC) will hold its General Assembly on 31 March 2016 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the general assembly on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive/Presiding Judge and no disruption to the court calendar.

Mr. Edwin F. Viray, Vice-Chairperson, PCER-MPC, shall submit a report on the general assembly and seminar with a complete list of all personnel who attended to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
