TO: ALL MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION

SUBJECT : FORUM ON PLEA BARGAINING IN DRUGS CASES ON 13 APRIL 2018 AT THE SMX, SM-AURA, TAGUIG CITY

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA), in coordination with the Local Government of Taguig City, will hold a Forum on Plea Bargaining in Drugs Cases on 13 April 2018, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the SMX, SM-Aura, Taguig City.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said forum on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Maria Paz R. Reyes-Yson, PJA Secretary General, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the forum with the complete list of all judges who attended, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 64-2016 dated 27 March 2018.
