RE : CORRECTIONS SUMMIT ON 22 OCTOBER 2001 AT THE HYATT REGENCY HOTEL, ROXAS BOULEVARD

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 551 and Executive Order No. 230 dated 15 March 1995, the Department of Justice, in celebration of the National Correctional Consciousness Week (NCCW) will hold a one (1) day "Corrections Summit" on 22 October 2001 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. The summit will address the problems of jail congestion in the National Capital Region and the entry of youthful offenders in the adult prison/jail system.

The following are hereby authorized to attend the said summit on OFFICIAL TIME:

The above-named judge shall see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

The attendees shall submit a report on their attendance within ten (10) days from 22 October 2001.
