ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 46-2004 ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION IV IN THE 12th REGIONAL JUDICIAL CAREER ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (LEVEL 3) UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDICIAL ACADEMY

For a more effective delivery of public service, and for the promotion of career growth among officials and personnel of the Judiciary, all Judges, Clerks of Court, and Branch Clerks of Court, of first and second level trial courts of Region IV are enjoined to attend and participate in the Regional Judicial Career Enhancement Program (Level 3) under the auspices of the Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), to be held on 28 to 30 September 2004 (Tuesday to Thursday) at the Manila Pavilion Hotel, United Nations cor. Maria Orosa St., Taft Ave., Manila.

Sessions and attendance of Judges, Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are members of the Bar will be for Three (3) days, September 28-30, 2004. Sessions of Clerks of Court and Branch Clerks of Court who are not members of the Bar will only be for One and One-Half (1 & 1/2) days, September 28-29, 2004 (Tuesday to Wednesday).

Judges are directed to leave a skeletal force in their respective courts during the Regional Seminar.

Attendance in this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME. Travel expenses for those entitled to and from station to seminar site will be reimbursable at a later date after submission of the required documents.
