REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7866 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE OLANDANG NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MIDSAYAP, PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Olandang, Municipality of Midsayap, Province of North Cotabato, to be known as the Olandang National High School under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 31, 1994 and November 15, 1994, respectively.
