TO : THE CONCERNED TRIAL COURT JUDGES

SUBJECT : WORKSHOP ON FORFEITED ASSET MANAGEMENT AND MUTUAL LEGAL ASSISTANCE ON 26 TO 28 MAY 2015 AT THE PAN PACIFIC HOTEL, ADRIATICO ST., MANILA

The U.S. Overseas Prosecutorial Development, Assistance and Training (OPDAT), US DOJ's Asset Forfeiture Money Laundering Section, the Office of the Ombudsman, and the Department of Justice, will host a Workshop on Forfeited Asset Management and Mutual Legal Assistance on 26 to 28 May 2015, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Adriatico St., Manila.

In connection therewith, the following trial court judges are hereby authorized to attend the said workshop, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the respective court calendars of the trial court judges are properly managed and that the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:
